1. Service

Logglo provides a platform for event invitations and RSVP management via WhatsApp.

2. User Roles

• Organizer: Creates the invitee list, provides content, and ensures all necessary consents are obtained.
• Guest: Receives and responds to invitations.

3. User Obligations

• Organizers are responsible for obtaining valid consent from guests.
• The service must not be used for illegal, spam, or abusive purposes.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees are charged per event. Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Polar, Paddle, payment partners).

5. Limitation of Liability

Logglo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect damages.

6. International Use

The service is available to users in the US, UK, and EU. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

7. Termination

Logglo may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of these Terms.
