How Logglo Works
STEP 1
Select Invitation Template
Determine how you want to greet your guests. Logglo offers interactive invitation templates that can be sent via WhatsApp. Invitation messages can be customized with language preference, visual content, button-based RSVP questions, and personalized message structures.
STEP 2
Upload Guest List
Upload your guest list with details such as name, phone number, number of people, language preference, food preference, etc. You can segment your guest list for VIP, general guests, or special groups, and define different flows and message scheduling for each segment.
STEP 3
Collect RSVPs Automatically
Invitation messages are sent via Logglo's infrastructure. Guests respond via the buttons in the messages; all data is automatically collected in your panel. This way, your LCV rate increases to 90% without manual communication.

Track RSVPs and Manage Processes
Track all RSVP responses in real time. Who came, who didn't, who chose the menu? All information is presented in a single screen, filterable and reportable.
